Frequently Asked Questions

The owner of Eos Aesthetics, Dr. Abangan, believes in giving her patients a personalized experience and aesthetics plan. We want to be more than a checkbox on your to do list. We want to get to know you as a patient so that we know what your personal aesthetics goals are and how we can best help you achieve them. After getting to know you, we can come up with a comprehensive plan together that works best for you.

Our current business model is built on patient experience, comfort, and convenience rather than patient numbers. We are providing a concierge medspa visit just steps from your front door, so we are unable to accommodate walk-ins or late bookings that would otherwise be possible with a brick and mortar location. Our booking fee is to help protect the time of our providers and encourage people to keep their scheduled appointments. Your booking fee is used towards any services that are provided to you at the appointment you attend. You only lose your booking fee if you cancel your appointment less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.

Our mobile medspa services the Lake Norman, NC and surrounding areas. We are based in Mooresville, NC, and for patients in the Lake Norman area, within 20 a minute radius of the Brawley School exit on I-77, there is no travel fee. For patients outside of that radius, there is an additional travel fee based on travel time. This additional booking fee can be waived if you would like to throw a party of 3-6 people. Waiving of this fee will also be handled on a case-by-case basis, please call the office to discuss.

No, we do not have our exact prices listed; however, price ranges can be found in our booking portal in the service description. Every face is unique, every patient is unique, and Eos Aesthetics does not believe that one size fits all. Comprehensive treatment price can be determined only after consultation with our providers, and a treatment plan has been agreed upon by the patient.

No, we do not have financing or payment plans. All procedure costs are due in full at the end of the appointment. Approximate cost will be discussed with the patient before any procedure is performed.
